The "Crèdit Andorrà" Chair

The “Crèdit Andorrà” Chair of Markets, Organizations and Humanism was created in November 2006 with the goal of contributing to improving understanding of markets and organizations as methods of coordinating human activity from a humanist standpoint, in part taking the work of professor Pérez López as a point of reference. It tries to examine the current situation in Andorra to learn more about the status of companies in this country and uncover their needs and thus their possibilities for improving. It further aims to foster the education and training of business people and executives in Andorra and other countries to ensure that they perform their duties properly.

Under the leadership of Josep Maria Rosanas the Chair strives to promote research into all the fields related to markets, organizations, and the human facet of companies and aims to stress the human nature of organizations, emphasize the key role of people in management and to spread its studies and knowledge through the general media, specialized journals, and academic forums. The joint work of the group of professors and researchers associated with the Chair will be vital when publishing these studies in books, leaflets, and other publishing formats.
